The logistics operator Luis Simoes has rented a new logistics centre of 13,000 square metres in the industrial estate Roca Martorelles (Barcelona).

The facilities are part of an industrial-logistics complex of 17,619 square metres of total floor area, divided into 4 modules and fully equipped.

The property consultant Estrada & Partners advised Luis Simoes on this lease.
