The main foreign markets for Kymos are France, Italy, Switzerland and Portugal, although the company also has customers in other countries with high potential such as the United States, Japan, Latin America and India.

Kymos Pharma Service, a company specialising in R & D and quality control for the biotechnological, pharmaceutical, veterinary, plant-protection, nutrition, and cosmetics industry, has invested 2 million euros in a new facility located in the Vallés Technology Park (Barcelona).

The new laboratories have a surface area of ​​1,500 metres and are equipped with the latest technology, including two mass spectrometry and immunology technology platforms.

Kymos began a growth plan four years ago that has enabled its consolidation. In 2014 it achieved a turnover of almost 4.5 million euros and its growth forecast for 2015 is 12%. The company also performs research and innovation itself worth nearly 8% of the turnover.

As for foreign policy, its main market is European, especially France, Italy, Switzerland and Portugal, although the company has customers from other countries with high potential such as the United States, Japan, Latin America and India.

The opening ceremony of the new headquarters of Kymos was attended by the President of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
